What you should know about Aboriginal Financial Officers Assn Of B C
AFOA BC was founded in 1996 in response to the need for a united voice for those working in the critical fields of Aboriginal finance and administration in this province. Being part of a larger, and gives our own members access to additional resources and information, national body allows AFOA BC to participate in issues at a national level, as well as a wider network of their peers. With our help, Manitoba and NWT. Efforts are being made to establish chapters in Nunavut, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and there are now AFOA chapters in British Columbia, AFOA Canada was established in 1999, the Atlantic and Quebec. The response to AFOA BC was immediate, and it was clear early on that such an organization was needed on a national level. Today, AFOA BC has more than 200 members, and we continue to grow in our membership services and offerings.
